SFMC is headquartered in Rawabi, the first Palestinian planned city. Rawabi was built on the ambition to catalyze the Palestinian economy by creating jobs and advancing industry, at the same time as offering Palestinians the opportunity to live, work and grow in a safe, modern, high tech city. With municipal boundaries of 6.3 million square meters, once complete Rawabi will be the home to more than 40,000 residents.

SFMC’s offices are located in Rawabi’s commercial center, Q Center, which opened in 2017. Q Center offers high end commercial and office space, restaurants and cafes, and a range of international fashion brands.

Rawabi is located 9 km north of Ramallah, 3.5 km north of Birzeit, 20 km north of Jerusalem and 25 km south of Nablus.
